公安决策正确科学与否取决于公安领导者的决策艺术。公安领导决策艺术是公安领导者决策中采取的一种高超的工作技巧,在公安工作中起着关键性作用并贯穿于公安工作的始终。如何扎实有效地提高公安领导决策艺术是需要每一名公安领导者认真思考和研究的一项具有实践意义的问题。在对公安领导决策艺术的特点、作用的分析的基础上,充分结合实践对公安领导决策的应用从理论角度进行了细致的总结分类,并针对现代公安领导者在实践中如何提高公安领导决策艺术提出了应当采取的几项措施。

Whether the police leaders' decision correct or not depends on the art of decision making. The art of police leaders'decision-making is a kind of excellent work skill in the process of making decisions, playing a key role throughout the whole police work. How to effectively improve the level of police leaders' decision-making is a practical problem which should be seriously considered and studied by every police leader. Based on the analyses of the characteristics and impact of police leaders' decision-making art,fully combined with the practice of police leaders' decision-making, this paper theoretically summarizes and classifies the function of the police leaders' decision-making art, and puts forward several measures for the modern police leaders to practically improve the decision-making art.
