摘要
简述了气溶胶的形成机理,论述了氨法脱硫后锅炉烟气的带液处理措施。氨法脱硫后烟气带液现象主要为亚硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵、硫酸铵等组分形成的气溶胶随烟气排出,直接导致了烟尘排放超标,通过分析调节工艺指标、改造除雾器结构、增加水洗塔和湿式电除尘器等方案的优缺点,得出合理的处理方案。
The paper expatiates briefly the forming mechanism of aerosol, discusses the treatment measures of boiler flue gas with liquid after ammonia process desulfurization. By analyzing and adjusting the technological target, reforming the structure of demister, enhancing the excellences and shortcomings of washing tower and wet electrostatic precipitator, the rational treatment programs are obtained.
