2002~2015年湖南省血吸虫病疫情分析

Analysis of endemic changes of schistosomiasis in Hunan Province from 2002 to 2015

目的分析2002~2015年湖南省血吸虫病疫情变化特征,为今后血吸虫病防治工作提供参考。方法收集2002~2015年湖南省血吸虫病防治工作年报资料;采用描述性统计方法分析血吸虫病疫情变化。结果到2015年,我省全部达到全国血吸虫病传播控制标准,其中15个市(区、县、场)达到传播阻断标准。湖南省血吸虫病人数、报告急性血吸虫病病例数分别由2002年的20.64万人、197例减少到2015年的2.79万人、0例,分别下降了86.48%、100%;我省血吸虫感染病牛数从2002年的3 901头下降至2015年的285头,下降了92.69%;实际有螺面积2003年有所回升,2015年为175 953.31 hm^2。结论 2002~2015年湖南省血吸虫病疫情显著下降。防治钉螺扩散和急性血吸虫病仍是工作的难点和重点。

Objective To analyze the endemic changes of schistosomiasis in Hunan Province from2002to2015for following evidence in prevention and control of this prevalence.Methods Annual data reportedschistosomiasis prevention and control in Hunan province were collected from2002to2015,and descriptivestatistics was used to quantitatively describe the changes of endemic schistosomiasis.Results By2015,all re?gions in our province reached the criteria of transmission control,and15cities(including administrative dis?tricts,counties,and farms)were up to the criteria of transmission interruption.The number of estimated schisto?somiasis cases and reported acute infections was decreased to27900and zero in2015from206400and197in2002,with a decrease of86.48%,and100%,respectively.Infection in farm cattle was reduced to285capita in2015from3091capita in2002,with a fall of92.69%.Snail ridden areas started to rebound in2003,and to175953.31hm2in2015.Conclusion Endemic schistosomiasis appears to significantly fall in Hunan provincefrom2002through2015.However,prevention of snail spreading and acute infection with schistosomiasis re?mains primary yet difficult in current and following tasks.
