制定注射用质子泵抑制剂药物利用评价标准评析预防应激性溃疡用药的合理性

Establishment of Drug Use Evaluation Criteria of Intravenous Proton Pump Inhibitors in Stress Ulcer Prophylaxis and Rationality Evaluation for Use in Our Hospital

目的：根据文献及相关标准，建立适合我院的注射用质子泵抑制剂在预防应激性溃疡中的药物利用评价（DUE）标准，评价我院该类药物在预防应激性溃疡中的用药合理性并提出干预措施。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对2015年1~6月所有预防性使用该类药物的医嘱进行用药分析。结果：根据所建立的DUE标准，对用药指征、用药剂量、使用频率、联合用药等作出评价，并从各科室使用的特点，提出改进方案或干预措施。结论：制定的预防性注射用质子泵抑制剂的DUE标准，内涵详细、操作性强，可作为临床药师评价临床应用该类药物是否合理的工具。

To establish drug use evaluation (DUE) criteria of intravenous proton pump in hibitors in stress ulcer prophylaxis of our hospital according to the existing literature and standards. Methods: With retrospective researching methods and drug use evaluation, all of the patients who took intravenous proton pump inhibitors in stress ulcer prophylaxis were selected and studied. According to the evaluation results, some countermeasures were put forward. Results: With the DUE standard, the use of intravenous proton pump inhibitors in stress ulcer prophylaxis was synthetically evaluated in many respects: using reason, dosage, frequency and drug combination. Some improvements were suggestes. Conclusion: Theestablished drug use evaluation (DUE) criteria of intravenous proton pump inhibitors in stress ulcer prophylaxis is detailed and operational, which can be very good for clinical pharmacists to judge rationality of drug use.
