Pharmacy Consultation of Liver Protectant for Outpatient-How to Prevent the Happening of DILI

目的:结合实例,探讨门诊抗结核药物所致肝损害(DILI)患者的用药咨询方法,促进临床合理用药。方法:对本院门诊抗结核药物所致DILI患者的用药咨询进行分类、统计和分析。结果:门诊抗结核药物所致DILI患者用药咨询主要包括保肝药的用药方法、不良反应与禁忌及药物联用几个方面。结论:积极开展用药咨询,有利于保证药物疗效,保障用药安全,促进合理用药。

To explore the method of drug counseling of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) with examples so as to promote rational drug use. Methods: Drug Counseld from clinic patients with DILI were classified and analyzed. Results: Outpatient DILI consulting mainly included the use of the drugs,adverse reactions, contraindications and drug combination. Conclusion: Drug counseling service is conducive for ensuring drug efficacy, protecting drug safety and promoting rational use of drugs.
