385例长期服用卡马西平癫痫患者的不良反应统计与分析

Statistics and Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions in 385 Cases of Epileptic Patients on Long-term Treatment of Carbamazepin

对癫痫患者长期服用卡马西平发生不良反应（ADR）作回顾性分析，为安全用药提供参考。方法：对我院2012年2月~2016年5月门诊和住院长期服用卡马西平的385例患者的资料作统计分析。结果：血药浓度、给药剂量对卡马西平ADR的发生率有显著影响；性别、药品规格对ADR发生率无显著性影响。结论：患者在使用该药过程中如果发生ADR，临床药师在了解患者一般情况后可根据血药浓度监测结果结合实际的给药剂量，提出合理化的用药建议。

To retrospectively analyze the adverse drug reactions (ADR) of epileptic patients on long-term treatment of carbamazepin for providing reference to clinical safe drug use. Methods: The medical data of 385 outpatient and inpatient cases who had been receiving long-term carbamazepine from February 2012 to May 2016 were collected and statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results:Serum drug concentrations and drug dosages had significant effect on the incidence of ADR of carba鄄mazepine; gender and drug specifications had no significant effect on the incidence of ADR. Conclusion:If a patient has ADR of carbamazepine, clinical pharmacists can bring forward rationalization suggestions on medicine according to the serum drug concentration monitoring result in combination with the actual dosage of administration after understanding patient's general condition.
