锡对正板栅合金性能影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 正极板栅合金性能的好坏对铅酸蓄电池的制造和性能起着至关重要的作用,不同的板栅制造方式对合金各项性能的要求也有所不同。因此,研究合金中不同添加元素对板栅各项性能的影响,选择合适的添加比例,对提高板栅性能及电池性能具有非常重要的意义。本文主要通过制备不同Sn含量的合金样件,对合金的耐腐蚀性能、析氧电位、拉伸强度和伸长率等进行测试,并对合金腐蚀产物外貌及合金腐蚀界面进行了电镜扫描分析,比较全面地阐明了Sn含量的变化对合金各项性能的影响,并确定了最佳的锡含量合金配方。研究结果表明,ω(Sn)约为1.35%时,Pb-Ca-Sn-Al-Ag合金的综合性能最好。 The performances of positive grid alloys play a key role in manufacturing lead-acid batteries.And because the grid manufacturing modes are different, the requirements on the properties of thealloys are different. Therefore, it is very important significant to research the influences of differentadditive elements on the grid performances, select the appropriate adding proportion, in order to improve the grid performances and battery performances. In this paper, the alloy samples with differentSn content were tested in view of corrosion resistance, oxygen evolution potential, tensile strength and elongation. And by SEM, the appearances and corrosion interfaces of corrosion products of alloys were analyzed. The influences of Sn content on the properties of the alloys were completely explained, and the alloy formula with best Sn content was determined.The results showed that the overall performance of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al-Ag alloy was best when the content of Sn was about 1.35%.
