电池化成过程中AGM隔板变色的研究

Research on the color change of AGM separators during container formation of lead-acid batteries

木素磺酸钠是常用的有机膨胀剂。使用木素磺酸钠作为负极板膨胀剂的在化成时,经常有AGM隔板变色现象。利用SEM/XPS等分析方法对变黄物质进行了表征,结果表明,该黄色物质应该是木素磺酸钠的降解产物。

Sodium lignosulphonate is an organic expander commonly used in the negative plate of leadacid battery. The color of some AGM separators adjacent to the negative plates was changed from white to yellow during container formation of lead-acid batteries used sodium lignosulphonate as negative expander. By scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, it turned out that the yellow materials might be the degraded products of sodium lignosulphonate.
