甘油果糖联合吡拉西坦治疗糖尿病脑出血后脑水肿效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察甘油果糖联合吡拉西坦治疗2型糖尿病脑出血后脑水肿的效果。方法该院收治的2型糖尿病脑出血后脑水肿患者70例,按入院时间分为吡拉西坦组与联合组各35例。两组均予常规治疗,联合组采用甘油果糖联合吡拉西坦治疗,吡拉西坦组仅采用吡拉西坦治疗,两个疗程后观察疗效。结果联合组脑水肿体积、神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分及丙二醛(MDA)水平低于吡拉西坦组,日常生活能力Barthel指数(BI)评分及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于吡拉西坦组,差异均有统计学意义。两组均未见严重药物不良反应。结论甘油果糖联合吡拉西坦治疗糖尿病脑出血后脑水肿效果优于单用吡拉西坦治疗。
