高职“3+3”互利共赢校企长效合作模式研究

“3+3” Mutually Beneficial and Win-win College-enterprise Cooperation Mode

目前高职院校以工学结合、校企合作为基础的职业教育理念基本形成,校企合作是高职教育提高育人质量的重要举措,为解决高职校企合作的短期效果明显但长期稳固合作不多等问题,分别从"专业认识实习、课程技能实习、岗位技能综合实习3个实践教学环节"和"高职院校、企业、学生个人3个不同主体的既得利益"两方面进行了积极的改革探索,同时探索实践完善了高职"3+3"互利共赢校企长效合作模式具体实施方法。
