摘要
目前高职院校以工学结合、校企合作为基础的职业教育理念基本形成,校企合作是高职教育提高育人质量的重要举措,为解决高职校企合作的短期效果明显但长期稳固合作不多等问题,分别从"专业认识实习、课程技能实习、岗位技能综合实习3个实践教学环节"和"高职院校、企业、学生个人3个不同主体的既得利益"两方面进行了积极的改革探索,同时探索实践完善了高职"3+3"互利共赢校企长效合作模式具体实施方法。
At present, school-enterprise cooperation based on the concept of the basic vocational education formed.School-enterprise cooperation will improve the quality of education and solve the short-term effects of vocational schoolenterprise cooperation, but existing obviously a long-term stable cooperative problem. In this paper, cognition practice, skills practice course, comprehensive practice job skills three practice teaching" are analyzed. The specific implementation methods of the "3+3" mutual benefit and win-win long-term cooperation mode of vocational education are studied and explored.
