摘要 由于酒店行业属劳动密集型的专业服务领域,服务功能独立运转但高度交叉,呈现不同的胜任力特征。借助管理胜任力特征分析方法,通过案例分析,研究确定五星级酒店管理胜任力特征,并构建特征模型。酒店管理专业教育在学生能力的培养上按照重要程度的高低,应该着力培养以下几方面的能力:专业技能、问题解决、沟通能力、领导能力、人际技能、规划能力,构建起酒店管理专业学生管理胜任力综合养成模式。 The hotel industry is a labor-intensive professional services sector. Its service functions are operated independently but highly cross which makes it show different characteristics competency. With the help of management competency profiling technique and case studies, the paper tries to determine the management competency characteristics of five-star hotel and build its feature model. The study shows: professional education for hotel management major on the ability of students should be in accordance with the different level of its importance; the sequence of importance form high to low is professional skills, problem solving,communication skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills and planning ability. College education should set up a comprehensive cultivating model to develop students’ management competency.
