摘要
目的:通过设计造模器挤压实验兔后小腿胫骨前肌,探讨一种建立兔骨骼肌损伤模型的新方法。方法:实验分为8组,A组挤压重量5 kg,B组挤压重量6 kg,C组挤压重量7 kg,时间均为5分钟;D组挤压重量7 kg,E组挤压重量8 kg,F组挤压重量9 kg,时间均为10分钟;G组挤压重量8 kg,时间15分钟。观察进食、饮水、活动等一般状态,遇危险刺激及时躲避反应,有无骨折,皮肤与皮下肉眼观,骨骼肌肉眼观与光镜下改变。结果:C组比A组和B组接近实验标准,E组比D组和F组更接近实验标准,G组不符合实验标准。结论:利用本实验设计的家兔骨骼肌损伤造模器,采用挤压重量8 kg,时间10分钟,可复制符合实验标准的兔骨骼肌损伤模型。
Objective: Through squeezing anterior muscle of lower leg bone of a rabbit by applying a selfdesigned machine, we explored a new method to establish a model of rabbit skeletal muscle injury. Methods:Rabbits were divided into 8 groups, squeezing weight of group A was 5 kg, group B 6 kg, group C 8 kg, with 5 min duration for each squeezing; squeezing weight of group D was 6 kg, group E 8 kg, group F 10 kg, with 10 min duration for each squeezing; squeezing weight of group G was 8 kg with 15 min duration. We observed the general conditions including eating, drinking, activities, and the avoidance of stimulus responses in case of danger in time, whether fracture, the skin and the subcutaneous of the local tissue that squeezed, musculoskeletal changes and haematoxylin and eosin-stained sections with the light microscope. Results: Group C met closer experimental standards compared with group A and group B, while Group E met closer experimental standards than group D and group F, Group G does not comply with the test standards. Conclusion: The experimental design of rabbit skeletal muscle injury using extrusion weight of 8 kg with 10-minute duration could be used to establish a rabbit model skeletal muscle injury.
