天津国家自主创新示范区河西分园产业定位及实现路径的应用研究

Industry Positioning and Implementation Research for Hexi Branch of Tianjin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone

围绕天津国家自主创新示范区河西分园的产业发展进行研究,给出其定位及实现路径。分析区域特色科技产业的内涵与特征,提出加速建设天津国家自主创新示范区河西分园。剖析了河西区科技产业发展现状及特点,通过对国内先进地区发展特色科技产业成功经验的解读,指出河西区发展区域特色科技产业的总体思路和目标,并进一步提出河西区特色科技产业及布局规划。在此之上,对培育区域特色科技产业的主要任务和重点工作做了归纳和总结。

In the paper,industry development of Hexi Branch of Tianjin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone was studied and its positioning and implementation was proposed.The paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of regional characteristic technology industry and advocates to accelerate the construction of Hexi Branch of Tianjin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone.It analyzes present situation and characteristics of the technology industry development in Hexi district.Through referring to successful experience of domestic advanced region in developingscience and technology industry,it puts forward an overall mentality and the goal of the development of regional characteristicsin the technology industry.Also,Hexi characteristics of technology industry and the layout planning of Hexi district were put forward.On top of this,to foster regional characteristics of the technology industry,main tasks and key work were summed up
