供给侧结构性改革下的天津制造业转型升级问题研究

On Transformation and Upgrading of the Manufacturing Industry in Tianjin Under the Background of the Supply-side Structural Reform

以供给侧结构性改革为背景,分析了天津市制造业转型的现状,梳理了在供给侧结构性改革背景下天津市制造业存在的问题,探讨了在供给侧结构性改革背景下天津市制造业面临的机遇与挑战,提出天津市制造业转型升级的战略制定,以促进天津经济的速度转换、动力转换和结构调整,使天津肩负起建设我国具有国际竞争力的先进制造业研发转化基地的神圣使命。

Under the background of the supply-side structural reform,this paper gives a general view of the transformation of manufacturing industry in Tianjin,analyzes existing problems of the industry and discusses the strategy making for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Tianjin,aiming to promote the adjustment of the city’s economyin the aspects of development speed,driving force and industrial structure and make the city become China’s R&D transformation base for advanced manufacturing industry with international competitiveness.
