摘要
随着我国人口老龄化程度和空巢现象的不断增加,老年人日益增长的精神生活需求与城市公共文化设施不足之间的矛盾越来越成为当今政府亟待解决的现实问题之一。新形势下如何基于文化养老视角构建城市公共文化设施体系成为城市建设的重点。以天津为例,提出建立"多层次、多元化、生态集约型"老年公共文化设施建构体系及运营策略,探讨城市老年公共文化设施构建思路及发展模式,提出公益文化养老生态园、老年大学、老年文化专列及老年文化公寓建设策略,为未来城市老年公共文化服务建设提供理论依据。
With the development of the aging population in China and the phenomenon of empty nests,the public culture needs of the elderly and the shortage of public cultural facilities which can meet the demand of the elderly have become the focus factors for our government.Therefore,it is an important issue in cities’ development that how to build the public culturefacilities based on the cultural supporting for the elderly’s need.Taking Tianjin as a study case,the paper puts forwardto establish a multi-level diversified and ecological intensives public cultural facilities system and explore the development methods and mode based on the elderly’s need,and indicates the strategies about how to build ecological cultural gardens,elderly universities,cultural train and culture apartment for the elderly.
