摘要
某新型固体运载火箭取得"一箭四星"任务的圆满成功,展示了固体火箭"快速、可靠、便捷、灵活"的技术优势,检验了快速发射流程。对固体运载火箭发射流程管理、计划管理模式进行系统总结,对流程管理和计划管理中的创新模式、管理举措进行提炼,为后续型号及其他型号的发射流程和计划管理提供借鉴。
A new type of solid launch vehicle has achieved the success mission within four satellites on it in 2015, which means the advantages of speediness, reliability, convenience and flexibility are satisfied, and on the meantime the efficiency of fast launching procedure are validated absolutely. Based on the situation background, a summary on launch procedure and scheme management of thesolid launch vehicle are performed in this paper, which contains the innovative approaches on multi-procedures management and scheme arrangement, the successful management experience can be used for reference by other launch vehicles.
