QI Hong's Experience in Treating Piriformis Pain Caused by Subluxation of Sacroiliac Joint by Using Pressing Therapy

本文旨在系统总结北京按摩医院齐鸿主任医师治疗骶髂关节半脱位引发梨状肌疼痛的特色手法——按动疗法。分别从"以按治痛"和"以动治动"两方面介绍了其操作手法,并从按动疗法、骶髂关节半脱位与梨状肌疼痛的相关性、骶髂关节的"微动"与"易动"等方面进行了讨论。

This article aims to conclude the pressing therapy of QI Hong, chief physician in Beijing Massage Hospital. It introduced the therapy from the two aspects of “treating pain with pressing” and “treating dislocation with moving”. It also discussed pressing therapy, the correlation of subluxation of sacroiliac joint and piriformis pain, and “micro” and “mobile” of sacroiliac joints.
