摘要
梁式桥中板梁使用广泛,但铰缝开裂问题很难解决。为改进铰缝设计和维修工作,基于FWD冲击荷载,利用有限元数值分析方法研究影响铰缝性能的3个重要因素:铰缝与桥面板接触面黏结状况、铰缝几何形状完整性以及混凝土调平层开裂状况。在此基础上分析板梁桥铰缝作用机制与破坏特征,最后通过铰缝的维修实践进行验证。
Beam bridge has a wide range usage of plate beams,but the hinge cracking problem is difficult to solve. In order to improve the design and maintenance of the hinge joint,three important factors affecting the performance of thehinge joint are studied by means of finite element numerical analysis based on the FWD impact load as followed: the bonding state of the joint between the hinge joint and the bridge deck,the integrity of the hinge joint geometry and the cracking condition of the concrete leveling layer. On this basis,the action mechanism and failure characteristics of hinge joint of plate girder bridge are analyzed. Finally,the maintenance practice of hinge joint is verified.
