沥青路面三渣基层高含硫量分析及预防

摘要 近些年因沥青路面三渣(石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石)基层原材料粉煤灰中过高的含硫量带来沥青路面早期损坏案例较多,致使很多建设单位倾向于舍弃该类工业废渣混合料转而选择资源消耗大的水泥稳定碎石作为道路基层,影响粉煤灰等工业废渣的再利用。结合上海某工程实例,分析高含硫量三渣基层损坏机理,提出三渣基层早期损坏的预防方法及产业发展建议。 Asphalt pavement in recent years due to three slag(lime fly ash stabilized gravel) primary raw material of fly ash in the high sulfur content of asphalt pavement damage early cases are more,which has resulted in many construction units tend to abandon this type of industrial waste residue mixture instead of resource consumption of cement stabilized gravel as a road base,affecting the reuse of industrial waste such as fly ash. In this paper,the damage mechanism of three slags with high sulfur content and the prevention method of the early damage of the three slags and the suggestions for industrial development are put forward.
