摘要
以国内首条类矩形盾构法隧道工程为背景,针对类矩形断面条件下盾构同步注浆施工面临的浆液填充不均匀、地表沉降及成环隧道结构稳定控制难的问题,从注浆工况数值模拟、浆液材料性能指标设计与配合比实验、大型平台模拟试验、工程应用等方面对类矩形盾构法隧道同步注浆技术进行系统研究。得出适应类矩形盾构法隧道同步注浆的关键参数,确保隧道地面沉降及成环隧道结构稳定控制。
In this paper,the problem of uneven slurry filling,surface subsidence and stability control of ring-shaped tunnel construction under similar rectangular cross-section under shield tunneling with rectangular shield is discussed. It systematically studies the grouting technology of tunnel-like tunnel with rectangular shield in the aspects of numerical simulation of grouting working condition,slurry material performance index design and mix proportion experiment,large-scale platformsimulation test,engineering application and so on. The key parameters of synchronous grouting for tunnels with rectangular-shaped shield tunneling are obtained to ensure the settlement and the stability of tunnels.
