摘要
在盖梁拆除重建施工过程中,如何保证桥面车辆的通行需求,是当今桥梁加固施工中的一大难题。为确保在通车条件下,G50沪渝高速公路南村港桥盖梁拆除重建工作的顺利实施,盖梁拆除重建工作分3段实施,通过在盖梁两侧设置钢支撑、柱式桥墩改为实体桥墩、新建盖梁内部安装劲性骨架来搭建支撑体系,以桥下承台为支撑平面实现力系转换。采用MIDAS Civil有限元软件对支撑架及劲性骨架进行验算,提出合理的交通组织措施。该设计支撑体系出色地完成盖梁拆除重建任务,保证桥面交通,为类似工程的实施提供了参考和依据。
How to ensure the traffic demand of bridge deck is a difficult problem in the bridge reinforcement construction during the process of demolishing and rebuilding the beam. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the demolition and reconstruction of the bridge girder of the Nancun Harbor on the G50 ShanghaiChongqing Expressway,Bridge pier,the new beam inside the installation of strong skeleton to build support system to bridge the bearing platform for the support platform to achieve force conversion. MIDAS Civil finite element software was used to calculate the support frame and stiff skeleton,and the reasonable traffic organization measures were put forward. This design support system completes the task of removing and rebuilding the girder well and ensures the traffic of the bridge deck. It provides reference and basis for the similar project.
