摘要
日本共同沟建设始于20世纪60年代,从入廊管线性质看,一般可分为干线共同沟、公用事业管线共同沟和电线共同沟三大类型。干线共同沟和公用事业管线共同沟一般设置在日本东京和大阪等大城市以及新开发区的主干道下方,主要为减少道路重复开挖以及开挖施工引起交通拥堵和防灾等方面的影响。电线共同沟主要解决架空线对城市景观的影响,在日本全国范围内得到普及和推广应用。简要介绍日本共同沟建设的相关法律,以及不同类型共同沟的建设与管理实施主体,对共同沟建成后的维护管理进行展望和建议。
Japan's common tunnel construction began in the 1960 s,and from the nature of the pipeline into the gallery,and it can be divided into three types generally,trunk common tunnel,public utility pipeline common tunnel and electric wire common tunnel.Trunk common tunnels and public utility pipeline common tunnel are generally setup in major cities such as Tokyo and Osaka in Japan,and under the main roads of new development areas,which mainly to reduce the duplication of road excavation and excavation construction caused by traffic congestion and disaster prevention and other aspects of the impact.Electric wire common tunnel is mainly to solve the impact of overhead lines on the urban landscape,and it has been popularized and applied in the whole country of Japan.This paper briefly introduces the relevant laws of construction of common tunnels in Japan and the main body of the construction and management of different types of common tunnels.Finally,the prospect and suggestion of maintenance management after the common tunnel is completed.
