城市停车诱导系统关键技术研究及在泉州市应用

Research of Urban Parking Guidance System Key Technology & Its Application in Quanzhou

目前,城市停车难已成为制约城市交通发展的瓶颈,停车供需失衡、停车设施利用率低、随意停车、停车信息化水平滞后等一系列问题是导致城市停车难的主要原因。通过借鉴国内、外先进的停车管理系统建设模式,以泉州为例,介绍城市停车诱导系统在城市中的应用。泉州市中心城区停车诱导系统,可均衡路内、外停车泊位,提高泊位利用率和停放周转率,缓解动静态供需矛盾。通过示范工程,以线带面,推动泉州市停车管理、停车服务的优质化。

At present,the city parking has become a bottleneck restricting the development of urban traffic,parking supply and demand imbalance,parking facilities utilization rate is low,random parking,parking information level lag and a series of problems is the main reason for the city parking difficult. By referring to the domestic and foreign advanced parking management system construction model,this paper introduces the application of urban parking guidance system in Quanzhou as an example. Quanzhou center parking guidance system can be balanced inside and outside the parking spaces to improve the berth utilization and parking turnover rate,to ease the static and dynamic supply and demand. The demonstration project has promoted Quanzhou parking management and high quality of parking services.
