摘要 为了提高机场噪声评估合理性,针对单噪声事件,基于航迹模拟仿真数据,通过实距计算、插值计算和修正计算绘制机场噪声动态等值线图和敏感点噪声变化图。考虑噪声动态变化结果,分析现有静态评估指标Amax不足,采用SEL指标并对噪声敏感点进行噪声补偿处理。最后以广州白云机场GYA方向进场为例,从地面和空间噪声的分布对比分析了现行评估指标和改进评估指标的评估结果。结果表明:现行Amax指标评估忽视了噪声累积,造成噪声结果偏小,改进SEL指标与Amax指标相比较,敏感点噪声值提高超过10 d B;改进SEL指标较Amax指标在各等级噪声所影响面积、体积方面均有所增加。 The methods to improve the rationality of airport noise evaluation of single noise incident are studied. Based on the data of flight path simulation, the dynamic noise contour map and the sensitive- point noise change diagram are plotted in virtue of the calculation of the actual distance, the interpolation calculation and the correction calculation.Considering the dynamic changes of the noise, the shortage of the current static evaluation index Amax is analyzed. The SEL index is used for noise compensation at the noise sensitive points. Finally, with the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport GYA entrance as an example, the results of the existing evaluation index and the improved evaluation index according to the ground distribution and spatial distribution of the noise are analyzed and compared. The results show that the existing evaluation index ignores the noise accumulation, resulting in an underestimation of the noise. In comparison with the existing evaluation index, the noise value increase of the sensitive points can exceed 10 dB by using the improved evaluation index Amax , and the influencing area and volume also increase for the same noise level.
