摘要
为了研究某型直升机尾传动轴组件黏弹性阻尼器硅油中存在气泡对其阻尼性能的影响,分别对两种阻尼器结构进行试验,其中一种阻尼器硅油胶囊中硅油存在一定长度的气泡,另一种基本上没有气泡。通过振动台对带轴承支座的两种结构阻尼器进行激振,比较了两种阻尼器结构在相同激励下耗散能量的能力。同时为模拟阻尼器在直升机上的实际工况条件,还比较了两种阻尼器结构耗散能量的能力随载荷变化的情况。研究结果表明,黏弹性阻尼器硅油中存在气泡将会降低其阻尼性能。
To study the influence of the bubbles in the viscoelastic damper silicone oil on its damping property, two different damper structures are tested respectively. One of the structures has bubbles with certain sizes in the silicone oil capsules, and the other has no bubble basically. The two damper structures with bearing pedestals are tested on a shaking table, and the capacity of energy dissipation of the two structures at the same oscillation condition is measured and compared. Meanwhile, in order to simulate the actual working condition of the damper in helicopters, the variation of the energy dissipation capacity with the loading condition of the two structures is also obtained and compared. The results show that the bubbles in the silicone oil of the viscoelastic damper can deteriorate its damping property.
