摘要
采用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对参加全国第一届青年运动会U19排球项目的男、女排队伍的教练员进行调查,客观深入的分析我国高水平排球后备人才队伍教练员的现状,发现我国高水平后备人才队伍教练员存在的一些问题:教练员执教经验年轻化;高学历教练员十分缺乏;男、女排队伍教练员职称等级结构不均衡;体能教练和科研教练配备严重不足;专职教练不足等,并针对以上问题提出可行性对策。
Questionnaire,literature and mathematical statistics methods are used to analyze the first session of the NationalYouth Games U19male vo11eyba11,women,s volleyball team coach to investigate in-depth and objective analysis of current situationof volleyball reserve talents of high level coaches.We found some problems coaches of High Level Reserve personnel exist:young coaches coaching experience;very lack of highly educated coaches;ma1e,women?s volleyball team coach titles hierarchicalstructure is not ba1anced;physica1trainer and coach with a serious shortage of researchers;fu11-time coach inadequate,andpropose feasible countermeasures against the above problem.
