摘要
文章通过对某电动轻型卡车转向系统几种布置方案的比较,从技术经济角度进行分析,通过各方案比较,提取最优化方案。以轻量化、提高可靠性、降低制造成本和减少开发周期为优化设计的原则,经过计算分析确定参数、并通过实车验证考察和分析方案可行性,为现阶段电动轻卡转向系统设计开发工作提出了有效参考。
In this paper,through the comparison of several layout schemes of an electric light truck steering system,from thetechnical and economic point of view,through the comparison of the various schemes,the optimization scheme is extracted.In order to lightweight,improve the reliability,reduce the manufacturing cost and reduce development cycle for the principleof optimization design,through calculation and analysis of determining parameters,and through the real vehicle validationstudy and analysis of the feasibility of the scheme,at this stage of the electric light truck steering system design anddevelopment work of the effective reference.
