摘要
文章设计了一种适用于微型电动汽车的圆柱齿轮差速器,在对差速器进行方案设计的同时,根据某微型电动汽车基本参数进行齿轮参数选择和设计计算。在分别应用CATIA和ADAMS软件三维模型和动力学仿真的基础上,采用ansysworkbench软件对差速器各个齿轮进行强度分析。分析结果表明所设计差速器的各个齿轮均满足强度要求。
In this paper,a kind of cylindrical gear differential mechanism,which is suitable for the mini electric vehicle,isdesigned.At the same time the scheme design of the differential mechanism,according to the basic parameters of a certainmini electric vehicle,the parameters selection and design calculation of the gear are carried out.Based on thethree-dimensional model and dynamic simulation of CATIA and ADAMS software,the strength analysis of the differentialmechanism gear is carried out by using ansysworkbench software.Analysis results show that the design of the differentialmechanism gear to meet the strength requirements.
