摘要
全球汽车业每年消耗着大量的石油,如我国每年就有85%的石油量是消耗在汽车行业,并且因汽车产量需求不断增加,石油的需求量也无休止地增加。然而,随着石油这种不可再生能源的逐渐消耗,日渐短缺;以及因汽车尾气排放导致的全球气温上升、空气质量恶化等问题,新能源汽车的推广迫在眉睫。在新能源汽车上的诸多先进技术中,无论是对纯电动车还是混合动力车而言,再生制动都是必不可少的装备,相比传统的制动方式而言,其核心作用就是将车辆制动时所产生的热能储存起来再利用,从而更有效地达到节省能源和降低废气排量的目的。本文对再生制动系统的工作原理和节能方式进行分析,介绍相关重要部件及整体技术要点,并且展望再生制动技术的未来前景。总体论述再生制动是当前以及今后汽车发展的一项重要技术。
The global auto industry consumes large amounts of oil,such as our country is85%of the amount of oil consumedeach year in the automotive industry,and the increasing demand for car production,demand for oil is increasing endlessly.However,as the oil the non-renewable energy consumption gradually,as well as the global temperature rise caused by vehicleemissions,air quality deterioration and other issues,looming in the promotion of new energy vehicles.Of the many advancedtechnologies in new energy automobile,whether for pure electric vehicles or hybrid electric vehicles,regenerative braking isan essential equipment.Compared to the traditional way of braking,its core role is to vehicle brake produced by the heatenergy storage and reuse,so as to more effectively achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing emissions.In this paper,the working principle of regenerative braking system and the way of energy saving is analyzed,related to the important partsand key points for the overall technology,and prospects the future prospect of regenerative braking technology.Overalldiscusses the regenerative braking is the car in the present and the future development of an important technology
