外后视镜的视野直接影响到车辆驾驶的安全性。文章重点介绍了仪表板出风口饰条在后视镜上成像从而影响外后视镜视野问题的优化,通过数据及理论分析,发现其主要原因是出风口饰条在侧窗玻璃上的成像与后视镜的视野区域重合,而出风口布置又受到出风口功能性限制,最终只能通过更改出风口饰条工艺和颜色来解决该问题。文中最后专门说明如何在设计前期规避此类问题的方法,为后期的产品设计奠定了基础。

The view of outside rearview mirror directly affect the safety of vehicle driving.This paper mainly introduces thedashboard outlet decorations on the rear view mirror imaging which affect outside rearview mirror the optimization of visionproblems,through the data and theory analysis,found the main reason is the outlet decorations of the side Windows withimages and rearview mirror view of overlap,the outlet and outlet arrangement by functional limitations,finally only bychanging the outlet molding process and color to solve the problem.Finally stated the method of how to avoid such problemsin the early stage of the design process,which laid a foundation for later product design.
