摘要
为了满足集中过滤系统供液时压力尽量稳定的要求,提出了一种基于PID控制(比例-积分-微分控制)变频泵的运行系统。较之于传统工频启动电机泵,有效避免了电机启动/停止过程对管网内部的压力冲击。再配合PLC控制(可编程逻辑控制)增加或减少投入运行泵的台数,拓宽了供应切削液的流量范围。现已经用于发动机工厂加工中心水基切削液的供应,实践表明:该系统运行稳定,具有控制效果好,适应能力强等特点,满足工程上的应用要求。
A system based on PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative)control of variable frequency pump operation wasproposed in order to satisfy requirments for liquid pressure stability as far as possible.Compared with the traditional powerfrequency start motor pump,effectively avoid the shock pressure when motors start or stop.Combined with PLC(programmable logic control)increases or decreases in pump stations,the scope of the fluid flow was broaden.Now usedfor engine factory fluid supply.Practice shows that the system runs stably,has good control effect and characteristics ofadaptability,meet the requirements of engineering application.
