摘要
普通轿车传统的转向助力系统主要使用液压式转向助力。是通过转向油泵给整个液压系统提供动力,最后通过转向动力缸将液压能转换成机械能,来给转向系统提供助理。液压转向助力系统缺点是结构复杂,助力效果不能根据具体车况进行实时调整,由于是液压系统容易出现漏油等故障。EPS系统是利用现代电控技术利用电动机将电能转换成机械能,从而对转向系统进行助力,减轻驾驶员的工作强度。并能根据各种传感器采集汽车目前车况,合理控制电机动力,达到比较理想的转向助力效果。比较液压式助力,结构相对简单,检修方便,可以利用先进的解码器进行检测。
The traditional steering power assist system mainly uses hydraulic power steering system.Is through the steeringpump to provide power to the entire hydraulic system,and finally through the steering power cylinder will be converted tomechanical energy to mechanical energy,to provide assistant to the steering system.The hydraulic steering systemdisadvantage is the complicated structure,boosting effect can not be adjusted in real time according to the specific condition,because it is prone to oil leakage fault of hydraulic system.EPS system is the use of modern electronic control technology,theelectric motor will be converted into mechanical energy,so as to assist the steering system to reduce the driver's workintensity.According to the collection vehicles of various sensors at present condition,the reasonable control of motor powersteering,achieve ideal effect.Compared with the hydraulic power,the structure is relatively simple,convenient maintenance,can use the advanced decoder for detection.
