摘要
目前,有些汽车企业在在运用ISO/TS16949质量管理体系补充的五大工具之一FMEA时,对严重度(S)、发生率(O)、探测度(D)以及风险优先系数(RPN)认识不清,导致在改进的过程中没有主次之分。文章通过对严重度(S)、发生率(O)、探测度(D)的重新解读,提出了新的风险评价体系,对企业在FMEA实施时具有很强的指导意义。
At present,some auto companies use ISO/TS16949quality management system of one of the five tools FMEA,of severity(S),occurrence rate(O),and detection(D)and risk preference coefficient(RPN)do not have a clear understanding,resulting in no primary or secondary in process improvement.This paper puts forward a new risk assessment systemthrough the re interpretation of the severity(S),occurrence rate(O),and detection(D),and has a strong guiding significancefor the implementation of FMEA.
