摘要
普通V带是靠带与带轮槽两侧面的压紧所产生的摩擦力实现传动的。该文在对普通V带传动进行受力分析的基础上,通过正确合理地选择带所受的初拉力、带的单位质量、带的速度、带的包角、带与带轮的摩擦系数、带的型号和带的根数7个参数,分析了普通V带传动的最大有效拉力及提高普通V带传动能力的影响因素。
Ordinary V-belt transmission utilizes friction between belt and belt wheel. Based on force analysis of ordinary Vbelt, we analyzed the factor that affects the maximum effective btension of belt and improvement of ordinary V-belt transmission ability, by choosing the initial tension, unit mass, speed, wrap angle, type, number of ordinary V-belt and friction coefficient of belt and belt wheel.
