关于精兵简政的几点透析

About the Streamline of Military and Administrative Structure

在陕甘宁边区及各敌后抗日根据地实行的精兵简政政策,本着实事求是的精神,把简政和整风学习相结合,检查思想、精简机构、发展生产,克服官僚主义作风,团结根据地人民,在改变根据地困境的基础上,为人民树立了一个共产党人执政的良好的政府形象。本文通过简单透析精兵简政提出前中国共产党的探索和这一议案提出的原因,揭示了精兵简政经验的时代意义。

The Streamline of military and administrative structure represented by the Shensi-kansu-ningsia border region,based on the spirit of seeking truth from facts, to unify simplify and rectification study, check the thoughts, streamlineinstitutions, development production, overcome bureaucracy, unify people of base area. Thus, on the basis of change basedilemma, for the people set a good government image of the communist party in power. In this paper, through a simpledialysis the exploration of the communist party and the bill of the Streamline of military and administrative structure areput forward, which reveals the significance of attrition experience.
