国外国防科技互联网多媒体情报发展情况与应用研究

Study on Foreign Development and Application of Internet Multimedia Information for National Defense Science and Technology

在国防工业管理与技术决策(尤其是重大项目发展和重点型号研制)的规划制定、立项论证、技术方案制定等工作中,往往难以及时获得所需要的影像素材作为支撑,造成信息参考与展示不直观、不具体、表现力不强,甚至遗漏一些关键的无法用文字展示的情报信息。经分析,应是缺乏系统性、集成性、知识性、服务便捷的多媒体信息资源造成的结果。文章通过深入分析国外互联网国防科技多媒体信息的组成情况,对有效解决多媒体信息体系化积累及实际应用问题提出合理化建议,对提高国防工业管理与技术决策的支撑能力,提高情报快速反映能力有实质性帮助。

In the programming, demonstrating and formulating of national defense industry management and technology decisions, especially in development of major projects and key type, it’s difficult to timely obtain the images of necessity, thus causing information reference and exhibition unintuitive and unspecific, evenmissing the important intelligence which can't be demonstrated by words. According to analysis, it is theresult of lacking the systematic, integrated, intellectual as well as convenient multimedia information resources.Through in-depth analysis of the formation of the foreign internet defense science and technology multimedia information, this report put forward some proposals to effectively solve the multimedia information system accumulation and application problems, thus enhancing the support to national defense industry management and technology decisions, and improving intelligence rapid response capability.
