摘要
该文以某船用冷却水泵组为研究对象,以减少其工作时振动噪声为目的进行隔振装置的仿真设计。建立了冷却水泵浮筏隔振装置三维模型,采用ADAMS软件实现了静载、横倾和纵倾作用下隔振装置减振器载荷和变形量的校核,同时模拟了船舶大风浪航行极限横摇和纵摇状态下,并对减振器是否超负荷进行了校核,提出在筏架与船体之间加装限位器。基于ANSYS软件进行了筏架的自由模态仿真计算、系统频响特性及振动分析并进行了校核。结果表明:所设计的隔振装置满足船舶工作要求,隔振系统具有良好的隔振效果。
This object of this paper is cooling water pump,to reduce the vibration noise for the purpose of itswork,carrying out the simulation design of the vibration isolation device.The three-dimensional model of thefloating raft isolation device of the cooling water pump is established.ADMS software is used to check the loadand deformation of shock absorber under static load,heel and pitch,and simulates the ship’s large wind and wavemotion limit rolling and pitching state,the shock absorber is overloaded for checking.It is proposed to install alimiter between the raft and the hull.Based on the ANSYS software,the free modal simulation of the raft frame,the system frequency response characteristics and vibration analysis were carried out and checked.The resultsshow that:The designed vibration isolation device meets the requirements of ship working,and the vibrationisolation system has good vibration isolation effect.
