摘要
"双师型"教师的培养事关地方应用型本科院校人才培养的质量,也关系到他们的生存和发展。该文主要分析了该校农学专业"双师型"教师培养的现状和存在的问题,并提出了培养"双师型"教师的主要对策。
The developing of"Double-professional Teachers"Related to the talent training quality and their survival and developmentof the Local Applied Undergraduate Colleges.The article analysis of the status and existing problems of our agronomy in fostering the"Double-Professional Teachers".Meanwhile,it proposes its main strategies of the"Double-Professional Teachers".
