快速高分辨率冠状动脉血管壁磁共振成像研究报告

摘要 该研究采用基于部分可分离函数模型的高时空分辨率磁共振成像(MRI)方法,突破了冠状动脉血管壁成像在理论和方法等关键科学问题上的难点,解决了冠状动脉MRI长期以来因时间分辨率不足引起的心脏运动伪影和采集时间过长等技术瓶颈。在此基础上,研究基于顺磁性纳米粒子的高特异性、高敏感性的多因子MRI血管斑块探针及其早期诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂的可行性,以及基于干细胞标记示踪的MRI分子影像学方法,并研究基于靶向微泡探针的超声分子影像方法,作为冠状动脉MRI的有效辅助。 Fast high-resolution MRI of coronary vessel wall is a challenging topic in MRI field.A new method based on PS modelis proposed in this work in order to explore the feasibility of fast high-resolution imaging of the coronary vessel wall and makebreakthroughs in scientific theory,methods and other key issues.Moreover,the proposed method can resolve cardiac motion artifacts andother technical bottlenecks caused by low time resolution..besides what mentioned above,we developed high-specific and ultra-sensitivesuperparamagnetic nanoparticles for the detection of vascular plaque and studied on the feasibility of early diagnosis of vulnerablecoronary atherosclerotic plaque rupture.As an effective assistance way to coronary MR imaging,we also studied molecular imagingmethods to track down the labeled stem cells.
