摘要
为促进残疾人更好地融入社会,实现自我价值,本研究从劳动供给的视角探讨个体特征对残疾人就业的影响,使用CHIP(2013)数据,构建二元Logistic回归模型,估计不同特征的残疾人选择就业的发生概率。研究发现,教育对残疾人,尤其是女性残疾群体选择就业的概率有显著促进效应;影响日常生活的残疾程度会显著抑制残疾人选择就业。拥有医保和婚姻伴侣的残疾人更倾向于选择就业;而农村户籍抑制残疾群体选择就业。由此提出政府对残疾群体在政策优惠和鼓励就业之间应寻找新的平衡。
In order to make the disabled better integrate into the society and achieve self- worth, this paperdiscussed how the individual characteristics affect the disabled’s choice of employment from the perspective of laborsupply. We used the CHIP (2013) data, constructed the binary Logistic regression model, and estimated the probability ofchoosing employment among the disabled who have different characteristics. We found that the education has significantlypositive effects on the probability of choosing employment for the disabled (especially for the female disabled). The degreeof disability which may influence the daily life could significantly inhibit the disabled’s choice of employment. Thedisabled who have health insurance or get married incline to work, while the rural households inhibit the disabled’s choiceof employment. Then we put forward the suggestion that the government policy on disability groups should be looking for anew balance between welfare and encourage employment.
