Zooplankton community structure in relation to environmental factors in the coastal water near Luan River Estuary, China 被引量:2

摘要 The seasonal and spatial variations of zooplankton community and theircorrelation with environmental factors were studied at nineteen sites in the coastalwater near Luan River Estuary. A total of 25 taxa of zooplankton were identified, amongwhich copepods being the most abundant groups (93.6% and 74.9% of totalabundance in spring and summer, respectively). Copepoda species assemblage wasthe same in spring and summer: Paracalanus parvus and Acartia bifilosa being thepredominant species, occupied more than 15% of total copepoda abundance.Zooplankton abundance was higher in spring than in summer, with an average of11 657 ind/m3 and 1549 ind/m3, respectively. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA)showed that there was a significant difference of total zooplankton abundance betweenspring and summer (p<0.001). Redundancy analysis (RDA) revealed that salinity andnutrient were the main environmental factors influencing zooplankton group’sdistribution in spring and summer, respectively. 本研究对滦河口近岸海域19个站点浮游动物群落结构的时空分布及其与环境因子的关系进行了分析。结果表明,共发现浮游动物种类25个。其中,桡足类是最丰富的类群(春季和夏季分别占浮游动物总丰度的93.6%和74.9%)。春、夏季桡足类的种类组成相同,其中,小拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus parvus)和双毛纺锤水蚤(Acartia bifilosa)为两季优势种,都超过桡足类总丰度的15%。春季浮游动物的总丰度比夏季高,它们的平均值分别11 657 ind/m^3和1 549 ind/m^3。One-Way ANOVA分析表明,春、夏季浮游动物丰度差异显著(p<0.001)。冗余分析(RDA)表明,盐度和营养盐分别是影响春季和夏季浮游动物分布的主要环境因子。
