五禽戏发展历程研究

On the Development of Wuqinxi

通过对五禽戏发展历程的研究,不仅能对其文化内涵进行了解,进而对五禽戏在现代社会的推广和发展、对全民体质的调高都有着不可替代的作用。文章通过逻辑分析法和文献资料法等研究方法对五禽戏的发展历程进行研究,了解五禽戏的发展现状,并针对其对现代人快节奏的生活方式和现代审美观的要求,提出相应的养生和锻炼方法,以帮助人们通过练习五禽戏进行健身和养生。

Based on the research of the wuqinxi development course,we can not only understand its cultural connotation,and onthe promotion and development of wuqinxi in modern society,we can find the irreplaceable role of Wuqinxi in increasing nationalphysical fitness.In this paper,by using the Boolean logic analysis and the methods of literature study,we studies the development ofwuqinxi,understands the wuqinxi development present situations,and aims at the modern fast-paced way of life and the modernaesthetic requirements,puts forward the corresponding method of preserving one's health and exercises to help people through thepractice wuqinxi exercise and keeping in good health.
