随着我国新课改内容的不断落实,致使我国高职院校在进行教学过程中更注重科学的教学方式,重视教育改革的作用,以武术课为例,相关高职院校的教学已经将导引养生功落实到教学课程中,旨在促进武术课程的教学效率。文章首先分析了现阶段高职院校武术教学的状况,阐述了高职院校武术课的现行弊端,而后又针对性的提出导引养生功引入高职院校武术课的建议,以下为详述。

With the continuous implementation of the content of the new curriculum reform in China,the higher vocationalcolleges in China pay more attention to scientific teaching methods in the course of teaching.Attaching importance to the role ofeducation reform,the study takes Wushu class as an example,to carry out the analysis of introducing the Guidance of Health workinto the sports teaching of higher vocational colleges.The aim is to promote the teaching efficiency of Wushu course.The studyfirst analyzes the current situations of Wushu Teaching in higher vocational colleges,expounds the present disadvantages of Wushucourse in higher vocational colleges.Then it puts forward the suggestion of introducing the guidance of health work into the Wushuclass in higher vocational colleges.
