健美操教学对中职女生身心健康影响研究

摘要 健美操是一项创造热情,充满活力的运动,深受广大职校女生的欢迎。文章运用测量对比法和问卷调查法对江阴商校健美操队的50名女生进行调查与分析。结果显示:健美操锻炼不仅能够使女生的速度、耐力、柔韧、灵敏、力量等各项身体素质显著提高,呼吸系统、心血管系统、神经系统、消化系统等生理机能增强,而且还培养了学生的自信和表现力,陶冶了情操,磨练了意志,因此达到了健身和健心的双重目的。 Aerobics is a creation enthusiasm,energetic sport,favored by the majority of girls in vocational schools.This paper usesthe correlation methods of measurement and questionnaire to investigate the50girls in Jiangyin Business School aerobics classes anddoes an analysis.The study results show that aerobic exercises not only can make the girl's speed,stamina,flexibility,agility,strength,and other physical quality improved significantly,the respiratory system,cardiovascular system,nervous system,digestive system,suchphysiological functions improved,but also cultivate the students'self-confidence and expressive force,edify sentiment,strengthenedwill,thus achieve the dual purpose of physical and mental health.
