摘要
对目前汽车行业中发动机曲轴的圆角淬火强化工艺以及淬火感应器进行了相关探讨;并针对一种具体的圆角淬火感应器,从硬件和淬火参数方面进行了相关的节能优化和改造研究。
In this article we make the relevant study about radius hardening process and inductor of engine crankshaft in present automotive industry. For one particular radius hardening inductor, we make the relevant energy conservation optimization and modification research from hardware and hardening parameters.
