蠕铁缸盖喷油器压板螺栓孔内部封堵技术浅析

摘要 抽拉膨胀封堵技术是一种新型的封堵密封技术,基于粗糙度咬合法,当套筒受力径向膨胀时,使套筒材料挤入工艺孔粗糙表面的间隙中,形成粗糙度咬合密封。主要介绍了该技术在某柴油发动机蠕铁缸盖上喷油器压板螺栓孔内部深孔的密封应用,通过对该技术要求和柴油发动机的工况分析,研究高强度蠕铁加工切削技术,选用合适的刀具结构及切削参数达到加工后工艺孔能满足封堵技术要求的孔壁粗糙度和圆度要求。该封堵技术密封时安装空间要求很小,只需使用手动工具即可实现快速安装,可适用于流水线上的批量生产,对工人的操作技能要求较低,通过试制试验,验证了封堵技术的可行性。 The formation sealing technology is a new drawing and expanding technique, with the theory is roughness of action. This paper is mainly describes the technics applying on the inside of bolt hole of injector pressure plate which is made of Compacted Graphite Iron. Under the analysis of technical requirements and working condition, research on the high-intensity compacted graphite iron machining, and select applicable tool structure and machining parameters for achieving wall roughness and circularity requirements in the specifications. The technics needs a little installing space during sealing, and realizing quick assembling via hand tool. It is also applicable for batch production. Skills required for workers are low and the feasibility of plugging technology is verified through trial manufacture..
