摘要
丰田制造系统使用的各种工具和方法基础之一为成本管理,为实现低成本,首先要满足质量控制、质量保证、尊重人性。文章指出了丰田制造系统架构在于输出结果、成本、数量、质量、尊重人性。分析了减少调整时间的单分钟快速换模法,辨析了内部调整和外部调整的概念。分析了多技能员工的由来,及其积极含义。看板系统保证了即时生产,适应制造产量变化。归纳了制造平顺化的优势,提出了自主化和即时生产是实现制造平顺化的支柱。
Cost management is one of the foundation methods used by Toyota production system. The first thing needs to be met is quality control, quality assurance and respect for humanity in order to achieve low cost. It is stated that the architecture of the TOYOTA production system is the output results, cost,quantity, quality, and respect for humanity. Single minute exchange of die to reduce the adjustment time is analyzed, and the concept of the interior adjustment and the external adjustment is clarified. The origin of the multi skill staff and its positive meaning is analyzed. The Kanban system can guarantee the just in time manufacturing, adapting to the changes of production output. The manufacturing smooth advantages are summed up, and putting forward independent and the just in time manufacturing is the pillar of the manufacturing smooth.
