摘要
目的:了解某地区十二家医院住院患者抗菌药物临床使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2015年1月–5月十二家医院住院患者使用的销售金额前十位抗菌药物进行分类和频次统计,对出现频次高的药物种类、品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)和序号比(B/A)进行统计分析,并分析部分药物单品种去向。结果:十二家医院销售金额前十位抗菌药物(均为注射剂)中出现频次高的依次是头孢菌素类、β-内酰胺复方制剂、头霉素类、喹诺酮类、碳青霉烯类等,销售金额和DDDs位居前三位的药物是头孢哌酮/他唑巴坦、头孢呋辛钠、头孢美唑钠;个别医院存在β-内酰胺复方制剂使用集中现象;对DDC>200且B/A<0.5的头孢哌酮/他唑巴坦和哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠临床使用去向进行了用药合理性分析。结论:该地区十二家医院抗菌药物品种分布及抗菌药物使用基本合理,需要进一步优化抗菌药物结构,规范抗菌药物合理使用。
Objective: To analyze the application of antimicrobial agents in 12 hospitals, and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods: The categories of antibiotics and the top 10 antibiotics ranked by use frequency were analyzed contrastively from Janury 2015 to May 2015. The consumption sum, DDDs, DDC and order ratio (B/A) of the antibiotics used more frequently were analyzed statistically. The rationality use of several antibiotics was analyzed. Results: Cephalosporins, β-lactam compound preparation, cephamycins, quinolones, carbopenems were used most frequently in 12 hospitals. The top 3 antibiotics sorted by consumption sum and DDDs were cefoperazone/tazobactam, cefuroxime sodium, cefmetazole. The excessive usage tendency of β-lactam compound preparation were found in some hospitals. The usage of cefoperazone/tazobactam and piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium with DDC > 200 and B/A < 0.5 were analyzed. Conclusion: The application of antibiotics in 12 hospitals were basically rational. It was important to enhance the management of the antimicrobial agents and regulate variety structure of antibiotics.
