摘要
在阐述目标二元性的相关概念基础上,本文明晰了建设工程项目组织间冲突的概念、特征和类别,通过剖析目标二元性在不同项目型组织中的体现,及其对建设工程项目控制目标和不同维度的组织间冲突的影响,得出目标二元性会加剧任务冲突,而对流程冲突、关系冲突和项目绩效的影响则具有两面性的结论。构建了基于目标二元性的冲突管理模型,提出合作型、竞争型、妥协型、回避型和迁就型五种冲突管理策略,以期为建设工程项目组织间冲突管理提供理论指导和决策借鉴。
Based on objective duality, the paper illustrates the concept, characteristics and category of inter-organizational conflict within construction project. By analyzing the reflection of objective duality in organizations with different types of projects and its influence on control objectives of construction project and inter-organizational conflict of different dimensions, the following conclusion is reached that objective duality canintensify task conflicts, and having a dual impact over process conflict, relation conflict and project performance.A model on conflict management based on objective duality is constructed with five types of strategies for conflict management, including cooperation, competition, compromise, avoidance and concession in order to provide meaningful reference to inter-organizational conflict management of construction project.
