摘要
直流钻机的能耗制动为脱开滚筒后通过SCR系统控制电机,实现在最短的时间内将转动速度降低到安全操作允许的范围以内,与变频钻机的名称虽同但区别很大。以ZJ70D钻机为例,叙述了其控制流程、工作过程、常见回路连接、主要单元及其配置中电气器件的参数计算方法。同时说明通过对现代司钻的操作程序要求,可以达到同样目的而不必配置该功能。
Through SCR system controlling motor,dynamic braking system of DC drilling rig was to achieve rotation speed reducing to the allowable range for safe operation in the shortest time after disconnecting drum. It was very different from that of variable frequency rig though they had the same name. Taking ZJ70D rig as an example,introduced the system’s control processes,work procedures,common circuit connection,main unit and method of parameters calculation of electrical devices. Also illustrated that through changing the operation procedures of modern driller,it could achieve the same goal without configuring the function.
